Items Received in Error or Not as Described

If you believe you have received an incorrect item or one that significantly deviates from the listing description, please contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery.

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photo evidence, if applicable (e.g., tags, defects not shown in the listing, incorrect item received)

We will review your claim and respond within 3–5 business days. If the discrepancy is verified, we will work with you on an appropriate resolution at our discretion.
