This is a Ninja LSO (lumbar sacral orthosis) back brace in black. It has a rigid molded back panel and a padded front panel. It closes with a wide hook-and-loop abdominal wrap, and a pulley-style lacing system with pull-tab straps lets you tighten it. The inside is lined with soft loop fabric and breathable mesh, and a side D-ring strap adds adjustability. It is suited to lower back support and post-operative or injury bracing.
